Currently a managing partner in NAI Commercial Real Estate (Sask) Ltd. Regina’s largest commercial realty company with a dual role as broker/manager for the company and commercial/industrial specialist.

Upon graduation Mr. Mehlsen began his marketing career with Cairns Homes as the Marketing Director/Administrator. In 1982 he began a new career as Commercial Agent and Property Manager. Through 27 years he has been a top performer in the commercial real estate industry completing over 1900 transactions including a large number of the major industrial transactions completed in the Regina Industrial Parks in the past 15 years. Known for co-operating with competing brokers Mr. Mehlsen has a sterling reputation within the brokerage community.
